Letter to the Church of Jesus Christ

Dear Church of Jesus Christ,

“For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile” Romans 1:16

Let’s face reality and realize that America is morally bankrupt, operating under the influence of evil spirits and demonic doctrine. America has given itself over to the rulers of darkness in exchange for acceptance of its lust for power and acceptance in the modern world. But who’s is to blame for this? Surely, we cannot blame President Obama, nor his predecessors. We cannot blame Democrats, Republicans, Tea Party, lobbyists, or our government. The blame lies solely on the CHURCH, that has remained silent, secluded, and having a form of Godliness. The church has slowly compromised on every standard that it once stood on and allowed sin to creep in our midst and covering it up as compassion. Jesus had much compassion for those in sin, but he never compromised with those he ministered to. Even sitting at the dinner tables of sinners, he did not back down from the truth of God’s word. The church has sat back and allowed abortion clinics to rise, legal marijuana, gay marriage, adultery, sexual immorality, and a number of ungodly things to infiltrate the fabric of our society. The church has hidden itself under the bush and all the world can see is a flicker of light to remind them that we still exist. But still they laugh at us, because we argue over doctrine, denomination, what to wear, and foolish things that should not be paid much attention to. We have become separated, bitter, and prideful people, that look down upon the world and sinners once we receive Jesus in our hearts. We never minister unless it’s behind our four walls, or words typed through social media. Our supposedly Christian networks have become platforms for selling supplements and offering “miracle water”, pray cloths, and healing oils in exchange for prayer. We sell Jesus like His blood is worth money. We sell salvation as if it’s not free to all who desire it. What has the church become? We’ve become a sect of people who are so prideful we won’t even confess our faults to one another, yet instead we’d rather be embarrassed by the media digging into our lives and exposing everything wrong with us. Yet, we still come together on Sunday morning for a “good time,” when in fact we’re just coming together for therapy sessions or our “fix” just so we can cope with the calamity that we’ve caused. What do we do now? Where do we go? How can we fix what we have allowed to happen since the day we decided that separation of Church and State was a good idea? The solution is to go back to God, be relentless in proclaiming the name of Jesus in our homes, workplaces, communities, and in the world. We have to break the silence and the fear of being persecuted, by our adversaries. Our testimonies cannot remain hidden behind the mics in our pulpits or in the confines of social media. We must work the works of Him that has sent us to this Earth to proclaim His love for ALL his children. We must preach and teach that redemption is possible to anyone that believes in Jesus. We have to stop sending people to hell, before they understand the ultimate sacrifice that Jesus has made for them. Persecution is promised to us, but Jesus rewards us for the fiery trials that Satan will put us through in the end. The world does not understand or know its end, but WE do. We will reign with Him. Will you take the charge that Jesus gave us in Matthew 29: 19-20 ” Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Will you be relentless in proclaiming that He is Lord, is coming back for His Church, and those that serve Him will go back with Him? Will you no longer be ashamed of your testimonies? Will you be afraid to stand on your faith and the word of God at your workplace, your school, your community, and even in your church? What will we do now? What do we do now?

With love,

A concerned citizen of the Kingdom
